Our Process
We understand that you know the importance of having a Will but may not know exactly how to start writing your Will. That’s where we have a simple Will Writing process (see below):
Step 1: Consultation Call
We offer you a complimentary 15-minute call to help you structure your Will.
If there is a need, we will be able to set up a zoom call or a face-to-face consultation to explain more.
Step 2: Gather Information
We need you to give us all the Names & NRIC numbers of the beneficiaries and Executors so that we can prepare the Will.
Step 3: Sign Will in front of lawyer
Once the Will is drafted and vetted through by the lawyer, you can then come down to our office to sign the Will in front of the lawyer as one of the two witnesses (you don’t have to bring your own Witness)
Our Services
Besides will writing, we offer the following services:
MANDARIN/DIALECT SERVICES
We are able to provide Mandarin and dialect explanation if the person making the Will does not understand English at no extra costs
HOME VISITS
If you require us to bring the Will down to let you sign, then there are 2 options:
a) Additional $100 for us to bring 2 independent witnesses to sign
b) Additional $200 if one of the Witnesses is a lawyer
LAST MINUTE WILLS
In case of emergency, we provide the following:
a) Within 48 hours – additional $100
b) Within 24 hours – additional $200
c) Within 8 hours - additional $500
These additional charges are on top of our standard pricing.
ONLINE WILLS
We offer online Will Templates where we do not collect your privacy information and will give you a MS Word document for you to input the details on your own
Lasting Power of Attorney
We offer both Form 1 and Form 2 services.
For LPA Form 1, our fees is $180* net which includes:
a) Online application
b) Assisting donees to accept their appointment
Lawyer to sign off as Certificate Issuer and submit to OPG
*Discounted price at $120 if bundled with will-writing
Wills Custody Services
We will keep your Original Will at our Certis Cisco Corporate safe deposit box for a fee:
